  • I can’t find my invoice. Where can I get a copy?

The invoice for your order is sent as an attachment in the e-mail confirming shipment.

You may also connect to your account on our site to access the invoice and print it yourself.

 

  • What should I do if my package is damaged?

You must refuse to take delivery of a damaged package, specifying on the bill of lading why you are refusing it.

If you do not indicate any anomaly, we cannot take missing products into account (if necessary) or provide reimbursement.
